Rustico is the place where you and your family can come and enjoy great Italian food in a beautiful and friendly environment. Chef owner Francesco Cusimano and co-owner Joe Cusumano have worked hard to create a new concept, where great Food  and atmosphere will take you to beautiful ITALIA. Our goal is to share Italian traditions and make your stay as fun as possible enjoying the greatest home cooked Italian food.

Being in the restaurant business for over 15 years we have seen how the restaurant business has changed. Twenty years ago you were able to go to a mamas and papas restaurant and enjoy  an authentic pizza or a lasagna with a glass of Chianti. Mama made the food with love just like at home. These days we need everything  so fast that we compromise Mama's cooking for a fast meal.

Although the needs of this generation are changed our approach to the business hasn't. Our  food is made daily in house. Every dish is prepared from scratch and we only use the best of the available ingredients.

A lot of attention was put in to our wine list. Some of the Italian wines are new to the American public. We recommend you try them, you will love them. Some of the menu items are new and we hope to keep introducing new and more authentic Italian dishes to our friends. Pricing and Quality is at the top of our list.Great food and prompt service is our Motto. We want to bring back the old traditions of years ago, establishing a long-lasting and loyal friendship with our guests.
